Heidi Seal
Senior Operations Consultant
Heidi has a long standing love of systems and processes having worked across finance and operations for many years and then owning and selling her own business. She loves “the game of business” and the personal reward from helping good people build great businesses.
She loves a good process mapping and focussed problem solving session, and lives by the mantra “everything is figureoutable”. She specialises in several software platforms, with particular focus on professional services and light manufacturing. Marrying together a strong finance background with operational understanding, the end-to-end integration and uptake of good systems is what makes her fist pump at work!
Favourite non-work activities include caravanning, surfing, skiing and enjoying good food and beverages

Lauren Kerisiano
Systems Support, VA, Project Manager
Lauren works across internal projects within Business Sense as well as supporting clients with software integrations and automations, documenting systems, setting up best practice and providing administrative and bookkeeping services.
Clients love Lauren as she just “GETS THINGS DONE”. She is an excellent communicator and has a warm manner, which clients trust to interact with their own team and customers.
Originally from Seattle, she has now called NZ home for many years. When she is not helping clients, she enjoys traveling, hiking and being out on the water.
Jaye Andrande
Buildaprice Mentor + Systems Support
Jaye is chief Buildaprice Mentor at Business Sense, looking after training and support for builders throughout New Zealand.
She also delivers bookkeeping and VA services.
Having been a business owner for many years of one of Mount Maunganui’s favourite cafes (Central Deli) she knows the importance of good systems, processes and software.
Jaye loves cooking delicious food, bushwalks and time spent at the beach with her family and their Labrador dog.
